Iran’s monthly coal concentrate output up 16%

TEHRAN – Iran’s coal concentrate production in the one month period of March 21 to April 20, 2009 stands at 87,976 tons which shows a 16 percent growth over the figure of the same period in the preceding year.
According to the Mehr News Agency, the Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organization (IMIDRO) reported that 132,510 tons of coal has been extracted during the period, indicating a 28 percent increase
